It is located within Urban Calm.
Black Fern is a private room located near the front of the studio. We are a fully private room with a door so it will just be us during your appointment.

Black Fern gives us space for what we need, but not much more. Depending on the placement of the tattoo we’re doing, I can sometimes allow one other person to join us for moral support or just extra company, but this is not always possible. Guests may need to hang out in our very comfy waiting room, if we do not have the space in the room with us.

There are vegan snacks, sweets and drinks available (though it’s never a bad thing to bring your own). I also have well done stickers, and a big box of fidget toys so what more do you need??
I do everything in my power to provide the best in health and hygiene practices. I am always continuing to educate myself, and regularly redo my training in general hygiene for tattoo artists as well as bloodborne pathogens.

There is plenty of little bits and bobs to look at and hopefully keep your brain distracted whilst we are tattooing, but I also provide extra items for accessibility and accommodations. Accessibility and accommodations :)
